We are sorry to hear that your product was damaged or missing. Follow these easy steps to file a claim:

  • Review the APPLYING FOR A CLAIM guide HERE.
  • Claims are TIME SENSITIVE. Fill out the CLAIMS FORM immediately after inspecting your product.
  • You will also need your POD (Proof of Delivery) & Photos of the damage & cartons.
