Ever since we opened our family run business, Moe’s has always been guided by a unique and valuable philosophy; take care of our customers and they’ll return the favor. Like the majority of businesses today, Moe’s has been re-examining its business strategies and market conditions to create a more efficient organization. As a result we have adjusted our business model.
We have introduced a new Moe’s Quick Ship Discount Program. This program will allow customers to receive their shipments faster as it will ship from our Sumner, WA. warehouse directly to you. We will be able to inform you what is in stock for ASAP shipping or let you know what the ETA is on other merchandise. For more information on our quick ship program, please click here.

We have also created a Freight Cap program to give our customers the Peace of Mind that their shipping will not be high. For those customers who don’t want to commit to a larger order, they can order as little as they want as Moe’s has LOW minimum order.

Of course taking care of our customers comes in many other forms too. For instance, with our full warehouse and office facilities in Sumner, WA, we can pay much closer attention to the specific needs of all our buyers. And with our increasing use of eco-friendly materials including reclaimed wood and bamboo, we’re not just taking good care of our customers; we’re keeping an eye out for our planet too.
